- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete at the top and broken off at the bottom and on the sides; bearing writing on one side. On the front, there are 10 lines written along the fibres, lacking beginnings and ends; the upper margin survives. A sheet-join runs down the centre of the papyrus. On the back, some dark spots are visible along the right edge. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
