- Light-brown papyrus sheet in poor condition, broken off on the left and right, complete at the top and imperfect at the bottom; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are portions of 9 lines written along the fibres. The back bears 1 fragmentary line written across the fibres the other way up in relation to the text on the front. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
