- Light-brown papyrus sheet, complete at the bottom and on the right, with some surface damage; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are portions of 2 columns; of the first, only the ends of two lines survive; the second has 5 lines. The right margin is minimal and the lower margin is extant. Folding lines are still visible. The back bears 1 column, largely obliterated and possibly intentionally washed out. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
