- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, shredded on the right; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are 8 lines running along the fibres and imperfect at the end. Upper, lower and left margins are extant. Folding lines are still visible. On the back there are 2 lines in faded ink, written across the fibres upside down in relation to the text on the front. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
