- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at the top, complete on all other sides; with some surface damage and three dark round stains at the bottom; bearing writing on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there are 20 lines running along the fibres; lower and side margins are extant and minimal. Folding lines are still visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
