- Medium-brown papyrus sheet with detached fragment, broken off on the left and badly damaged at the top; bearing writing on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there are 13 lines written along the fibres, lacking the beginnings; upper and lower margins survive; the right margin is minimal. Folding lines are still visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
