- Beginning of a petition addressed to the strategus of the Hermopolite nome from Aurelius Hermes alias Pinutis, gymnasiarch and councillor of Hermopolis, selected by the council as member of an embassy following the tetrarchs. Presumably dated between June 302 and November 303.

- Upper portion of a medium-to-dark-brown papyrus, complete at the top and sides, but damaged by holes and abrasion; bearing writing on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there are 11 lines written along the fibres; left and upper margins are extant; no margin was left on the right. Folding lines are still visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
