- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at the top, complete on the other sides; riddled with insect holes and other surface damage; bearing writing on one side. The back is blank. On the front, there are 23 lines from the foot of a column written along the fibres; lower, right and left margins are minimal. Folding lines are still visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
