- Acknowledgment by Aurelius Pecysis, a sailor of the Antaiopolite nome, of a four-year lease of a boat with a capacity of about 300 artabas, which he is renting from Flavius Theodorus, son of Menas. The description of the boat is provided. The document was written by Dioscorus.

- Dark-brown papyrus sheet, imperfect at the bottom and with damage along the horizontal fold lines; with writing on one side. The back is blank. On the front, there are 52 lines written across the fibres, with the exception of the first 8 lines, which run along the fibres and are written on the first sheet, having opposite fibre direction. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
