- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at bottom, imperfect at the top, and complete on the sides; the writing runs on both sides. On the front, there are eleven lines from the top of a column written along the fibres, the last being very fragmentary; left and right margins are minimal. On the back, there are the beginnings of two lines written along the fibres, with ample blank space between them. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
