- Receipt issued to Leontius by the Holy Church of Hermopolis through its administrator (pronoetes) Colluthus, recording three payments for rent on land made between the end of July and August. The back bears the endorsement.

- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, square-shaped, complete but damaged down the centre; written on both sides. On the front, there are nine lines written across the fibres and imperfect. All margins are extant, the upper, right and left being minimal. On the back, there is one line written along the fibres at the top of the sheet, the other way up in relation to the text on the front. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
