- Two fragments of a papyrus roll, extracted from mummy cartonnage, with plaster residue in places; additional fragments are P.Grenf. II 7(a), housed at the Bodleian Library, Oxford, P.Ryl. 39, housed at the John Rylands Library, Manchester, and some fragments now held at the Institut für Papyrologie in Heidelberg (P. G 401 a-k). The writing runs along the fibres on one side. On the front, fragment 1 bears the ends of 4 lines from one column and the beginnings of 7 lines of a second column; fragment 2 bears the beginnings of 4 lines and traces of another line at the bottom; the upper margin survives. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
