- Acknowledgment of a debt of three solidi by two brothers to a steward (pronoetes) of the Hermopolite episcopal church. The debt concerns a certain Herodes, possibly a tenant or labourer on the church's estate. The subscription of the notary Phoebammon is at the end.

- Medium-brown papyrus, complete at the top, right and foot; abraded in places; written on one side along the fibres; the front bears 25 lines, all lacking the beginnings except for the last 6 lines. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
