Letter enclosing correspondence, dated 15 and 25 November 1815, between himself and James Farish, Secretary to the Government at Bombay. Armstrong is attempting to claim his passage money from Bushire to Bombay from the Government. He requests that Bruce confirm what he paid for other passages.
