The gazette is providing notification that the Baragu River and other outlets of the Irrawady [Myanmar] are included in the blockade declared by G R Lambert, Commodore in the Royal Navy, on 6 March 1852. It should be noted that f. 11 and f. 37 are duplicate copies of this item.
