- Papyrus fragments of varying size from a register, reused as mummy cartonnage and bearing writing on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. Upper fragment: portion of 19 lines; lines 1-8 are further portions of lines 20-22 of Papyrus 495(2), left fragment. A fragment of Papyrus 496 joins on the left and contains further portions of lines 1-8; another fragment of Papyrus 496 preserves the beginnings of lines 6-11. One sheet-join runs from top to bottom.
