Three fragments of varying size from a medium-brown papyrus roll, abraded in places; written along the fibres on the front; portions of two columns survive, the first of which is very fragmentary, alongside the upper margin. The largest fragment is blank on the back, while the two smaller fragments bear portions of a few lines running across the fibres on the back. Housed in a glass frame.
