This fonds consists of digital images of one manuscript held by Syik Jah Cot Baroh of Pidie regency, Indonesia. The original collection contains 28 manuscripts contain a number of texts covering a range of subjects, including Islamic law, Sufism, theology, prophecy and Arabic grammar. The collection dates from 1700-1900, and was passed down to Syik Jah Cot Baroh from her ancestors.

- Manuscript EAP229/4/1 was digitised as part of the pilot project 'EAP229 Acehnese manuscripts in danger of extinction: identification and preservation of private collections located in Pidie and Aceh Besar regencies'. The rest of the material in this collection was digitised during the follow-up major project EAP329 Digitising private collections of Acehnese manuscripts located in Pidie and Aceh Besar regencies.

- EAP229 and EAP329 were funded by the Endangered Archives Programme. The pilot project produced a survey of manuscripts held by private individuals throughout the Pidie and Aceh Besar regencies, and a sample of these manuscripts were digitised. The EAP329 project built on this information to digitise more materials.
