- This fonds consists of digital copies of material collected and created by Jian Xu during surveys in Kunming, Chuxiong, Qujing and Dali 2004-2006; the material itself dates from 1978-2006. The collection consists of music scores, correspondence regarding Dongjing, audio and video recordings of Dongjing performances, and oral history interviews, conducted as part of the EAP012 Salvage and Preservation of Dongjing Archives in Yunnan, China: Transcript, Score, Ritual and Performance project. The performances and interviews are given in the Yunnan dialect of Chinese.
