Foliation: ff 245. A quire, of eight leaves, is missing at the beginning. Single leaves have also been cut out after ff 89, 124, 128, 133, 141. The text of two of these, copied from the leaves themselves, has, however, been inserted (ff 90, 125). Two unfoliated paper flyleaves at the beginning and two at the end.
Dimensions: 215 x 155 mm.
Ruling: 175 x 135 mm, 27 lines per page.
Binding: Half black British Museum binding.

- Purchased from Sign. A. Cerlenizza, 25 October 1888, using the Farnborough Fund (£3,000 bequeathed in 1838 by Charles Long, Baron Farnborough (b. 1761, d. 1838), a cousin of Francis Henry Egerton, 8th Earl of Bridgewater (b. 1756, d. 1829), founder of the collection.
