Foliation: ff iv + 176. In addition, two unfoliated modern paper flyleaves at the beginning and two at the end.
Dimensions: 270 x 195 mm.
Ruling: 205 x 155 mm; written in two columns, 29 lines per column.
Binding: Half black leather, 19th century.
Decoration: Four large headpieces and initials in red with foliate decoration at the beginning of the Gospels (ff 9r, 55r, 89r, 141r). Small initials and apparatus in red. Simple headpiece in red (f 175v).

A slightly later cypher alphabet and a note in cypher (f 8r).
Note in Greek dated 25 August 1720 (f ii recto).
