Foliation: ff 126. Four unfoliated modern paper flyleaves at the beginning and six at the end.
Dimensions: 285 x 220 mm.
Ruling: 210 x 75 mm, written in two columns, 21 lines per column.
Binding: brown leather, British Museum, 19th century.
Script: From f 90r onwards the handwriting continues in a smaller format, perhaps a second hand.

In Panagia in Likostani at Epirus in 1856: dated notes throughout the codex, 'τοῦτο τὸ βιβλήον εῑνε της παναγιας τῆς Ληκοστάνης,' and 'παπᾶ Γούσια': ff 2r, 35v-36r, 37r, 42v-43r, 50r-v, 52r-v, 53v-54r, 55v, 59v-60r, 61v-62r, 71v-72r, 72v-73r, 74v-75r, 75v, 77r, 85v-86r.
