Binding: Bound in wood covered with stamped leather, 16th century. The fore-edge image is listed on Digitised Manuscripts as f iii recto.

Scribe: Ἀνδρέας (Ὠλένης), Repertorium 1A, no. 16.

Decoration: Decorated headpieces and initials throughout.

Custodial History:

Origin: Eastern Mediterranean. Completed by the monk Andreas in March 1111, in the cell of the monk Meletius in the monastery of the Saviour. The product of three years' work, i.e. begun in 1108: colophon (f 149v).
