Material: Paper.
Foliation: ff 1 + (vi) + 45 + (ii) + 55+ (vi) + 56. ff 1 and 56 are paste-downs on the inside front and back covers, respectively.
Dimensions: 300 x 200 mm.
Ruling: 195 x 165 mm, 21 lines per page.
Scribe: Kallinikos the archimandrite.
Binding: Leather, blind-tooled, with gold-stamped depictions of the Dormition of Mary on the front cover and the Resurrection on the back cover.
Decoration: paintings of the authors, ff 2v, 22v, 46v. Ornamental initials and head-pieces.

Written (and presumably illustrated) by Kallinikos the archimandrite in 1695: f 2v.
Bound on 2 May 1709 near 'Neapolis' by Panagiotos, in memory of the priest Kyriakos and his children: f 1r.
The book was used to recite the liturgy on the Feast of St Basil in 1707 by the bishop Konstantes (ὁ παπὰ Κονσταντὴς) in the monastery of ?Adrian in the land of ?Lekouria: f 56r.
Purchased by the British Library from Sir Ivor B. Guest, Bart., 11 November 1871.
