Foliation: ff 110. Two unfoliated modern paper flyleaves at the beginning and two at the end. ff 109-110 are 19th-century notes on the manuscript on ruled paper.
Dimensions: 330 x 260 mm.
Ruling: 230 x 80 mm, written in two columns, 30 lines per column.
Binding: 19th century binding.
Scribe: Ἰωάννης Χορτασμένος, Repertorium 1A, no 191, signing as Ἰγνάτιος Μητροπολίτης Σηλυβρίας. See also Add MS 36823, another menaion, possibly one volume of a series of menaia that Ἰγνάτιος had copied.
