Foliation: ff 289. Two unfoliated modern paper flyleaves at the beginning and two at the end. ff 67, 73 are inserted palimpsest leaves, the underwriting being of the 12th century in double columns. ff 191-192 are paper replacements.

Dimensions: 175 x 115 mm.

Ruling: varies, 14-16 lines per page.

Binding: Black leather, 19th century.

Script: In different hands of the 13th century. The contents of some of the pages have been erased and rewritten at later periods.
