- Scope & Content:
- This collection consists of digital images of 35 original volumes. The volumes were borrowed from dealers by the EAP081 project so that they could be copied. It is unknown who the original owners of the volumes are. All of the scripts are written in the east or south dialect of the Yi language, which is spoken in Wuding and Shuangbai in Chuxiong, and Luquan and Xundian in Kunming. The names of the original scribes are unknown. In Yi culture it is forbidden for scribes to mark their names on documents.
