- Prose narrative and poem on the Greek Revolution, by John Laganes of Athens. The poem (ff 101r-144v), entitled ἱστορία τῆς ἐπαναστάσεως τῶν Ἑλλῖνων μὲ τὸν Ὀδωμονόν, is the longest Greek oral poem to survive from the 19th century, and includes a description of an encounter with Lord Byron on ff 124r-125v. The prose narrative (ff 2v-100v) is preceded by a short preface (ff 1r-2v) signed 22 Nov 1821 by a πατριώτις ἀνώνυμος.
