SACRED VOCAL MUSIC; after 1613. Bound after the printed collection of Lodovico Viadana’s Opera omnium sacrorum concertuum (Francofori: apud Nicolaum Steinium, 1613). The tenor part of this printed publication is wanting, and is provided in a MS. copy of the early 20th cent. The bassus generalis part does not include any MS. additions. Cantus, altus, and bassus parts (unless the contrary is stated) of a collection of Motets. Nos. 3-20 are copied from the concerti Ecclesiastici of Jacopo Mori of Viadana, published at Antwerp, by Pierre Phalèse, in 1613. The volumes containing the tenor and basso continuo are wanting. Nos. i-ix are for 2 voices, and nos. x-xvii for 3 voices. Purchased 5 Jan. 1881; tenor part presented, 8 July 1933.
