Paper; pp. 33 + ff. 20. 243 x 177mm. Gold stamped binding, dated 1569.
1. ff. 1-18. Mass [in dedicatione ecclesiæ], apparently for four (and partly five) voices, with a 2nd cantus part added in the ‘Sanctus’ and ‘Agnus Dei’. Cantus, or first and second cantus parts, only. Included are (a) the introit, ‘Terribilis est locus’, f. 1; - (b) the gradual, ‘Locus iste’, f. 6; - (c) the ‘prosa’, ‘Psallat ecclesia’, f. 6b; - (d) the offertorium, ‘Domine Deus’, f. 13; - (e) the communio, ‘Domus mea’, f.18b.
2. f. 20. ‘Veni, sancte Spiritus’. Treble part only, in a later hand.
