DRAINAGE OF DEEPING FENS: 'The Report of John Grundy Engineer respecting the Drainage of Deeping Fenns in Lincolnshire'; 1770. Autograph, with signatures, completed at Spalding, 11 April 1770 (ff. 84, 86). The report, which is the outcome of a survey begun by the author in 1769 on the instructions of the Adventurers of Deeping Fenns, reviews the history of the works, with tables giving dimensions of the rivers, Levels, etc., and estimates for work to be done.
