Some Italian and Russian. The journals, etc., are illustrated by diagrams, plans and maps in pen, ink and colour wash. Power was commander of H.M.S. 'Ark Royal', 1938-1940, and of the 15th Cruiser Squadron, 1942-1943, Vice-Admiral, Malta, 1943-1944, and Commander-in-Chief, East Indies, 1945. Presented by Lady Margaret Joyce Power, 10 Oct. 1964. Reserved until 1 Jan. 1970, with the exception of letters of H. M. the Queen, which are reserved during her life-time.
