Partly imperfect and autograph. Italian. This unpublished and hitherto unrecorded work is here dated London 1576 and dedicated to 'cavalier Cortese'. Some passages already appear in Ubaldini's 'Relazione d'Inghilterra' of 1551, a copy of which is Add. 10169 and an edition G. Pellegrini, Un fiorentino alla corte d'Inghilterra nel Cinquecento. Petruccio Ubaldini (Turin, 1967). The present work is otherwise a new and independent one. Purchased by Professor Giulio Enóizi in a bookshop in Modena in 1948. Purchased of Professor Enóizi, 11 Jan. 1980.
