Records of civil, criminal and treason cases tried between Easter Term 1635 and Michaelmas term 1638, while Hill (1605-1667) was a barrister of the Inner Temple; followed by notes from the Exchequer Chamber in Michaelmas Term 1657 when he was a Baron of the Exchequer. Including (ff. 5-9v) Hill's alphabetical index of cases. Phillipps MS. 6669. Purchased from Christie's, 29 April 1981, lot 119.
