Dedicated to William Herbert, 3rd Earl of Pembroke, Lord Chamberlain. Apparently unpublished; not in Wing. Owned in 1675 by John Witham, who has supplied the title in the absence of the original title-page. Purchased at Sotheby's, 28 March 1983, lot 46.
Paper; ff. ii+221. Written throughout in a single early 17th cent. scribal hand. Binding of brown leather, blind-stamped, 17th cent.(?). 305 x 195mm.
