Partly copies, extracts and printed. Partly French and German. Covering the whole of his career, but relating mainly to his part, as minister to Würtemberg, in the negotiations preceding the marriage of Edward, Duke of Kent, to Victoria, Princess of Leiningen, 1818, 1819, and to his special mission to Rome in 1831 to mediate between the Pope and his subjects. Among the correspondents are Sir Herbert Taylor, Lord Castlereagh, Lord Palmerston, Sir Frederick Lamb and Lord Cowley.
