JOSETTE JONES CORRESPONDENCE: letters and related material from Augustus Edwin John (b.1878, d.1961), artist, and Sir Sacheverell Sitwell (b.1897, d.1988), poet and writer, to Violet Madeline Josette Jones ('Josette Jones') (b.1894, d.1989), artist, together with letters from Sitwell to Dr. George Tee, publisher; 1914-1985, n.d. Partly signed, partly typewritten, partly printed. The letters from John and Sitwell to Jones include discussion of their own work as well as hers; essays by all three appear in her Paintings and Drawings of the Gypsies of Granada (1969). Sitwell's letters to Tee, to whom he was introduced by Jones, deal mainly with the fine printing of Sitwell's poetry by Tee for The Cerwel Press.
