Scope & Content:

Correspondence and papers of Norman Richard Collins (b.1907, d.1982), director of Associated Television Corporation and popular novelist; 1915-1985. The collection is largely concerned with Collins’ public role as a broadcaster, speechmaker and novelist. While there are many speeches and articles relating to broadcasting there are very few papers from Collins’ day-to-day career as a television executive.
