English, Latin and Law French. Copies, mostly in the hand of Northey while a barrister at the Middle Temple. The first volume of the series is wanting. Two earlier sets of reports by Northey, 1661-1672, now Lincoln's Inn, MSS Hill 83-84, are described by J. H. Baker, English Legal Manuscripts, 1978, vol. 2, p. 87 (with illustration of Northey's hand on p. 86, pl. VIII), who records an allusion made in 1787 to further notes by Northey for Mich. 1673. Purchased from Richard Hatchwell, 13 Oct. 2000.
