The original autograph manuscript of Kenilworth, corrected for the press, but wanting some portions. The volume contains 160 numbered folios and ten leaves containing insertions. The original manuscript consisted of 186 main leaves, as volumes I and II are numbered 1 to 61 and volume III is numbered 1 to 64. The present volume begins at page 16 of Scott's volume I.
