2. "Charges layed out in St. James Parke and the Springe garden by Robert [Carr], Lord Viscount Rochester [afterwards Earl of Somerset] for keepinge and feedinge his Mates forreyn beates and fowles. . . . as also for weedinge," etc.; Oct.-Dec. 1611. Signed by William Palmer, and countersigned by R[obert Cecil, Earl of] Salisbury, Lord High Treasurer. Preceded by a fragment of a similar account for Sept. 1611, and followed by others for 1615, 1617. ff. 7, 8, 12, 22, 35. Paper; xviith cent. Folio.
