1. "BREVIS relatio eorum quæ spectant ad declarationem Sinarum imperatoris Kam-Hi circa coeli, Cumfucii et avorum cultum, datam anno 1700. Accedunt primatum doctissimorumque viroriim, et antiquissimæ traditionis testimonia. Opera PP. Societ. Jesu Pekini pro Evangelii propagatione laborantium;" 1701. At the bottom of the title-Dage is written, From Dr. [?] Pond by Mr. Hodges." f. 1.

Original minutes of "The gencrall assembly of the Chapter of the [Roman] Catholik English church held in May, anno Domini 1667;" preceded by an account of "The occasion of the assembly" and "The Roll of Chaptermen. and officers," and followed by the rules for the offices of dean, treasurer, secretary, and archdeacon. The minutes of each session, 6-11 May, are signed by Humphrey Ellice [alias Ellis and Waring], D.D., ex-president of Lisbon College, dean of the chapter, and those of the fifth and last by all the members, f. 122.
