1. LETTER of advice to "ye Erle of Rutland [Roger Manners] by [Sir] Henry Savelle" [Savile]. Attributed in Add. MS. 12,511, f. 38, to [Robert Devereux] Earl of Essex, with the date, 4 Jan. 1596[7]; and printed under his name in 1633. f. 1.
2. "Articuli Lambethani [de predestinatione] exhibiti per D. [Willelmum] Whitakerum, Nov. 20, 1595;" followed by a "Censura thesium prædictarum," imperfect at the end, f. 9.
3. "Replicatio [Arthuri Lake], episcopi Bathoniensis et Wellensis [1616-1626], ad exceptiones doctoris [Joannis] Harris contra Theses [suas] precedentes." The Theses themselves, which related apparently to predestination, are wanting. f. 11.
4. "Series decretorum Dei, causarumque et mediorum salutis," consisting of "sententiae" of Calvinists and Arminians with accompanying "censuræ," f. 12. Paper; xviith cent. Attached to an epigram on f. 8 b is the name of Taylboyes Dymok. Small Quarto. From the Farnborough Fund.
