FORM for drawing up the accounts of a steward of a manor, beginning, "Compotus Willelmi de Dorneye, prepositi domini Nicholai Tyeys," and dated "anno regis xvj [Edw. II.]." Amongst the entries is, "de auxilio nativorum ad expensas domini in guerra Scocie." In other hands are added notes of weights; forms of deeds, some of which are dated in the 18th and 19th years of Edw. II.; notes on the "agestatio" or grazing of animals; and a parody of the Gospel account of the visit of the Magi, relating the birth of Bacchus at Walton in the time of King Wernardus of Oxford. Lat. Vellum roll, measuring 5 ft. 10 in. x 7.5/8 in.
