The original autograph manuscript of Cavendish's life of Cardinal Wolsey (ff. 4r–93r), and his Metrical Visions (ff. 94r–149r), begun 4 November, probably in 1556, and completed 24 June 1558. The first leaf of the prologue to the Life is missing.
f. 152r: A pedigree of the Cavendish family, added by a modern hand.
