LECTIONARY from the Lives of the Saints, from the " Cathedra S. Petri " [22 Feb.] to " Vigilia B. Laurentii " [10 Aug.]; with some additions. Latin. Vellum; ff. 309. Written, in September, 1269, by an English scribe, Johannes de Salesburi, who has added some verses in French (f. 58) stating that the work was done at " Mons en Hainnau " for " la doiene Hermine " [Ermine, doyenne of the Benedictine monastery of St. Vaudru, Mons]. Given [circ. 1750] by Henri Denis Mutte, Dean of Cambrai, to the Jesuits of Antwerp (f. 3). In old hog-skin binding of the 15th century. Folio. From the Farnborough Fund.
