Foliation: ff 128. Two unfoliated modern paper flyleaves at the beginning. One unfoliated contemporary parchment leaf and two unfoliated modern paper flyleaves at the end. The volume has been misbound: f 67 should come between ff 59 and 60; f 68 between ff 65 and 66; and f 69 between ff 75 and 76.
Dimensions: 270 x 220 mm.
Ruling: 210 x 70 mm, 32 lines per page, written in two columns.
Binding: 20th century red binding, British Museum. The previous binding of tooled leather on wooden boards (17th century), has been mounted on the pastedowns of the new binding.
