Foliation: ff 219. Two unfoliated modern paper flyleaves at the beginning and three at the end.
Dimensions: 290 x 245 mm.
Ruling: 210 x 80 mm, written in two columns, 22 lines per column.
Binding: Modern, half red. An older tooled leather binding is pasted on the reverse of the new one.
Scribe: Θεοφάνης (Ἰβήρων), Repertorium 1A, no. 136. Decoration: Headings, initials, and neums in red ink.
