Also includes correspondence of his publisher and executor, John Bowyer Nichols, by whom some of the letters were printed in Cradock's Literary and Miscellaneous Memoirs, iv, 1828. Arranged by writers in rough alphabetical order. Only letters A-F are contained in the present volumes. Other correspondence of Cradock was sold at Sotheby's, 18 Nov. 1929, lots 125, 150, 163-169, 176, 179, 180 (J. G. Nichols sale); 5-7 Nov. 1951, lots 382, 392, 411, 419, 427; and 17 Dec. 1979, lot 90. Hodgson's sale-cat., 2 Aug. 1957, lot 521. Armorial bookplate (f. ii) of T. S. Blakeney, Esq., by whom it was presented through the Friends of the National Libraries.
