(ff. 7, 8), Contrabasso or Violoncello (f. 9). Variant parts for Violins 1 on f. 2b and 2 on f. 3, headed 'Menuet du Boeuf', appear to derive from another arrangement. Preceded (f. 1) by an 'Anecdote of the Origin of the Minuet of the Ox'. No edition with this instrumentation listed by A. van Hoboken, Joseph Haydn.
